The Telluride Bluegrass Festival is America's most prestigious and scenically spectacular acoustic music event, held each June in Town Park in the UNESCO World Heritage box canyon of Telluride, Colorado with roughly 10,000 attendees celebrating four days of world-class bluegrass, folk, Americana, and string band music. Since 1974, it has been the spiritual home of the American acoustic music tradition, drawing artists and fans to a setting of extraordinary natural beauty. Telluride hotels and mountain accommodations are very limited and sell out many months in advance of the festival.
