Susukino
A sharp tower in Susukino — Sapporo's entertainment district, and one of the liveliest concentrations of ramen shops and craft beer bars in Japan. The Westin's Heavenly Beds, the panoramic fitness floor, and the proximity to the city's best yakitori restaurants make it the ideal base for Sapporo's food and nightlife scene.

Kita Ward
A well-run Mitsui property steps from Sapporo Station's west exit — the signature top-floor sauna (with outdoor viewing terrace for snow-season steam-bathing) is justifiably famous among Japanese business travellers. Clean, efficient, with generous bathrooms and the connectivity a transit hub stay demands.

Susukino
Above the Susukino subway station with direct access to the underground city — in a Sapporo winter, this is not a minor convenience but a genuine luxury. Rooms are tastefully minimalist, the lobby lounge serves Hokkaido dairy sweets, and the location in the entertainment district means the ramen shops of Ramen Alley are two minutes on foot.
