The Diplomat sits on the Strandvägen waterfront promenade — Stockholm's most elegant boulevard — in an early 20th-century building that defines Östermalm's character. The T/Bar terrace is one of the most beautiful outdoor café experiences in the city, and the views of Djurgården island are outstanding.

Gamla Stan
Sweden's narrowest hotel — just 8 metres wide — occupies a 1630 building on Gamla Stan's main street, Västerlånggatan. The 31 rooms are compact but characterful, with a maritime theme and the extraordinary advantage of sitting inside Stockholm's medieval island city. For those who prioritise location above all else.
